The Camp Begins

After years full of chaos, entropy, and galactic humans, it’s time for a simple command: run: sudo chill.

As always, “sudo” comes with a bit of a wink: briefly obtaining the necessary privileges to consciously step out of the constant noise of platforms. Instead of scrolling, there’s exchange; instead of algorithms, there’s community.
A weekend in the forest, a bit of technology, a bit of politics, many conversations—and above all: chilling with root privileges. So, run, let’s go!

Camping & Equipment

Please bring everything you need for camping:

  • Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat
  • Plates, cups, cutlery
  • Flashlight, fairy lights, decorations
  • Creativity and good vibes

Shared cooking activities are welcome – use the CfP tool to organize them.

Hygiene & Safety

  • If you have symptoms of illness, please stay at home
  • Wash your hands regularly (at least 20 seconds)
  • Keep distance, especially in groups
  • Do not share personal items
  • If symptoms occur on site: inform the contact persons immediately

Costs

The costs are tiered depending on how long you stay and how you use the campsite.

Included with the campsite option: a pitch at the campsite for a tent including car or camper (please specify when ordering), sanitary facilities (partly outdoors), electricity, a lounge and event space, a shared kitchenette for your snacks, as well as breakfast and dinner. Each day, breakfast and one warm meal will be provided by the Gasthaus Wiese.

Independently of the campsite, rooms or holiday apartments can also be rented privately in the surrounding area. For this, please select the corresponding ticket without the campsite option.

Registration Details

  • Please note that all persons on the premises require a valid ticket.
  • Please provide your name or nickname as well as your Fediverse handle so we can reach you. In addition, please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address so the ticket can be sent to you.
  • Please note that our emails are often rejected by Gmail and Microsoft. Emails and tickets sent to Gmail or Microsoft addresses may therefore not be delivered. Please use other email addresses for the order. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes after placing your order, please contact us with your order number!
  • If you are unable to make a bank transfer, please contact us and we will find a solution.
  • People who require support to participate are welcome to contact us in advance.
  • If you like, you can contribute an additional amount via the solidarity option. We have kept the costs as low as possible to make participation accessible to everyone.
